In 2020, our founders faced a deeply personal turning point. Their aging mother, a proud veteran who valued her independence needed round-the-clock assistance. Searching for the right support, they found agencies where caregivers were overworked, families were treated like numbers, and profit often overshadowed genuine compassion. Heartbroken by a system that neglected both caregivers and those in need, they decided to create something different - ICONHEARTS. Care rooted in empathy, trust, and real human connection.
